Sweet pancakes recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk (tea)
  • 6 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Fry oil
  • Granules of chocolate to taste to decorate

Filling

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 cup creamy dulce de leche

Preparation method:

  1. In a blender, beat the milk, flour, eggs, oil and sugar until smooth.
  2. In a non-stick pan, add a spoonful of oil, spread some dough and fry on both sides until lightly golden. Repeat the operation until the dough is used up.
  3. Mix the cream with the sugar and set aside.
  4. Distribute the dulce de leche and half the cream on the pancakes, without mixing completely, creating a mixture and fold in four, forming fans.
  5. Cover with the other half of the cream, decorate with sprinkles and then serve the pancake.
