Ingredients:

  • 1 cup boiled and squeezed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup milk (tea).
  • Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste
  • 1 can of cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (tea).
  • 1 pack of crustless white bread
  • 200 g of sliced ​​mozzarella
  • 5 tablespoons grated parmesan

Preparation method:

  1. Mix the squeezed potato with half the milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Reserve.
  2. Blend the rest of the milk, cream, eggs, cream cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a blender until smooth.
  3. Line the bottom of a large baking dish with the bread, sprinkle it with part of the cream, make a layer of mozzarella and another layer of bread sprinkled with the cream.
