Gratin sandwich recipe
Preparation time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled and squeezed potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk (tea).
- Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste
- 1 can of cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (tea).
- 1 pack of crustless white bread
- 200 g of sliced mozzarella
- 5 tablespoons grated parmesan
Preparation method:
- Mix the squeezed potato with half the milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Reserve.
- Blend the rest of the milk, cream, eggs, cream cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a blender until smooth.
- Line the bottom of a large baking dish with the bread, sprinkle it with part of the cream, make a layer of mozzarella and another layer of bread sprinkled with the cream.
- Cover with the puree and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes.
- Then serve your gratin sandwich.
