Place the egg whites and salt in a planetary mixer and beat at maximum speed until stiff. Add the sugar little by little, without stopping whisking. Beat for another 15 minutes. Reduce the speed and add the vanilla essence. Beat for another 1 minute. Transfer the dough into a piping bag and set aside. Grease a baking tray with butter and form small meringues. Then place in a preheated oven at 150°C for 30 minutes.

  • 4 tablespoons refined sugar
  • 1 cup of tea chocolate powder
  • Butter for greasing

Preparation method

Place the egg whites in a mixer and beat them at maximum speed until they are stiff. Reduce the speed and, little by little, sprinkle in sugar and chocolate powder, without stopping whisking. Beat for another 15 minutes. Then transfer the dough into a piping bag. Reserve. Grease a baking tray with butter and form small meringues. Then place in a preheated oven at 150°C for 30 minutes.

  • 5 cups of tea refined sugar
  • 40 g of strawberry jelly
  • 100 ml of water
  • Butter for greasing

Preparation method

In a pan, add water and heat over medium heat until boiling. Transfer the water into a container, add the gelatin powder and mix until it dissolves well. Reserve. Place the egg whites in a mixer and beat them at maximum speed until they are stiff. Reduce the speed, add the sugar, little by little, and beat for another 5 minutes. Without stopping whisking, add the reserved gelatine. Beat for another 3 minutes. Then transfer the dough into a piping bag and set it aside. Grease a baking tray with butter and form small meringues. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
