Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of bow tie pasta (500g)
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 diced cooked chayotes
  • 300 g of diced ham
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cooked into florets
  • 1/2 bunch of lettuce into strips
  • 2 diced seedless tomatoes

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup cream (tea).
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • Salt to taste

Preparation method:

  1. For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, cream and parmesan in a bowl, season with salt and set aside.
  2. In a pan, over medium heat, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, leaving it al dente.
  3. Turn off, drain and let cool.
  4. Mix with the olive oil and set aside.
  5. In a large salad bowl, make a layer of cooked chayote, ham, cooked broccoli and pasta.
  6. Finish with the lettuce and tomato, drizzle with the reserved sauce and serve immediately.
