cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml

Ingredients for the pineapple delight

– 6 slices of pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped

– 166 ml of water, filtered

– 2/3 cup(s) of sugar

– 2/3 sachets of pineapple jelly

– Cream in a 60 ml box

Ingredients To decorate:

– mint to taste (leaves)

PREPARATION:

1. Peel and cut the pineapple into 1-inch-thick slices. Remove the core, cut it into cubes and try not to waste the juice.

2. Wash the mint leaves to use for decoration.

3. Set aside a plate or glasses/bowls to serve individually.

4. Separate other ingredients and utensils from the recipe.

PREPARATION:

1. Bring the diced pineapple to the boil with the filtered water and sugar.

2. Once boiling, add the pineapple jelly and cream.

3. Mix well and leave to cool.

4. Transfer pineapple delight to plate or individual glasses/bowls.

5. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until ready to serve.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

1. Decorate the pineapple delight with the mint leaf and serve cold.
