A bakery located in the Brás de Pina neighborhood, in the North Zone of Rio de Janeiro, decided to innovate and created a savory snack that mixes kibbeh and coxinha, called kibexinha!
The idea was so successful that the post announcing the news went viral on Instagram and has already exceeded 3.5 million views on Reels.
“We hoped the snack and joke would have a good impact, but they exceeded all expectations,” he told the Taste the manager of the bakery, Rafael Cardoso de Deus. According to the professional, the place has received visits from new customers, curious to try the new product. Sales in the last few days increased by 7% compared to the previous week.
