Christmas Brownie
Time: 1h (+1h in the fridge)

Ingredients:
- 400g chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate
- 1 cup (tea) sifted wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
- Margarine and chocolate powder for greasing
Roof
- 300 g of melted white chocolate
Preparation method:
- Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie
- Transfer it into a larger bowl and with a whisk mix the eggs, sugar, essence, nuts, white chocolate, flour and yeast
- Transfer to a 22cm x 30cm cake tin, greased and sprinkled with chocolate powder.
- Bake in preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and then cut with molds with Christmas motifs.
- Place the chocolate for the covering in a piping bag fitted with a very small smooth nozzle.
- Decorate the brownie pieces on top, drain and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
