Preparation method
In a blender, prepare the sauce by blending the ripe avocados, lemon juice, cilantro, minced garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper until creamy. Reserve.
In a container, season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Grill the fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Serve the grilled fish fillets with the sauce of avocado on top.
