Walnut pudding recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Walnuts to decorate
Syrup
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 1/2 cup (tea) water
Preparation method:
- For the syrup, heat the sugar and water over medium heat, without stirring, until golden caramel forms.
- Spread it onto a medium baking tray with a hole in the center and set aside.
- Blend the condensed milk, milk, coconut milk, eggs, cornstarch and half the nuts in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Mix the remaining nuts with a spoon and pour into the caramelized mold.
- Bake in a medium preheated bain-marie oven for 50 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Unmold, decorate with walnuts and serve.
