Rustic cod cake

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 grated onion
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 cups desalted and cooked cod chips
- 2 tablespoons green olives
- 2 cups boiled and squeezed potatoes
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- Fry oil
Preparation method:
- In a pan, heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic
- Add the cod and olives
- Add the potatoes and chives and then turn off the heat.
- Season with salt and add the flour, dusting and mixing
- Heat the oil and, with the help of two spoons, form little parcels and dip them directly into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
