  • 2 tablespoons of chopped mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 grated potato
  • 1 chopped courgette
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

Assembly

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of mozzarella
  • 1 sliced ​​tomato
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Method of preparation

In a pan, put the water and soy proteins. Boil over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the soy protein is hydrated and soft. Drain and leave to cool.

Put the soy protein in a bowl and add the rest of the burger ingredients. Mix, kneading with your hands to the point of modeling. If it is too moist, add more crumbled bread. If it’s too dry, add another egg. Form 4 hamburgers.
