In front of the door, the hotel in the south area promises a memorable Christmas and New Year
Right on the outskirts of Copacabana, a stone’s throw from the fort of the same name and a few minutes from Arpoador. What a location for a hotel! The Fairmont occupies this prime location, next to Seat 6, and promises memorable parties this end of the year.
On Christmas Eve, the 24th, chef Jérôme Dardillac will propose a reinterpretation of Christmas dishes at the Marine restaurant. The giant roast turkey and the tender with fruit stand out. The buffet will also have stations for meat, poultry, fish, seafood, salads and vegan options. For dessert, brioche toast with coconut milk, maple syrup, cumaru whipped cream, raspberry and bourbon vanilla ice cream. Santa Claus accompanied by a string trio. Price: R$650 per person + 10% (drinks excluded).
On New Year’s Eve, in front of the fireworks, the Fairmont promises an unforgettable night. The four-night package with New Year’s Eve party costs from R$ 21,320, plus taxes. The plated menu is also designed by Jérôme Dardillac and the buffet will include mini desserts, macarons, chocolates, an ice cream and sorbet station.
Individual tickets for the New Year’s Eve party, without accommodation, cost R$4,500 + 10% for indoor tables and R$5,500 + 10% for outdoor tables. Children up to 6 years old pay free, up to 12 years old pay half price.
The Fairmont’s beach club, Tropik, will also host a New Year’s Eve party with a DJ. The price per person starts from R$ 3,000. For more information, call (21) 2525 1232 oreventos@fairmont.com.
