Tapioca Roast: A family-sized afternoon coffee

Cassava roast recipe

Preparation time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil (tea)
  • 3 cups acidic tapioca starch
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • Oil for anointing

Preparation method:

  1. Blend the eggs, oil, tapioca starch, milk and salt in a blender.
  2. Mix the parmesan with a spoon.
  3. Place in a greased 20cm diameter baking tray and bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
