  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Butter for greasing

  • 250 g of icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cherry liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation method

Place the sugar and chocolate powder in a container and mix well. Add the eggs and oil and mix until you obtain a smooth consistency. Gradually add the water and wheat flour and stir to combine. Finally, add the chemical yeast and transfer the dough into a cake tin greased with butter and floured with wheat flour. Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool, remove from the mold and set aside.

Roof

In a mixer, add the sugar, liqueur and lemon juice and beat until smooth. Then, using a spoon, spread the icing on the cake and finish by decorating with the cherries. Serve immediately.

Preparation method

Place the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, butter in a container and mix well. Add the salt and wheat flour and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture. Finally add the chemical yeast and mix to incorporate it. Add the raisins and candied fruit and mix. Then grease a baking tray with butter and flour with wheat flour, place the dough on it and bake in a preheated oven at 180ÂșC for 45 minutes.

  • 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons red food coloring
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • Butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for dusting

Filling

  • 450 g cream cheese
  • 6 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation method

Place the vinegar and milk in a container and set aside. Place the butter and coloring in a pan and stir until completely melted. Reserve. Place the eggs, salt and sugar in another container and mix well. Add the butter with the coloring, the yogurt, the milk and the vinegar and mix until you obtain a smooth consistency. Gradually add the wheat flour and cocoa powder and stir to combine. Finally add the vanilla essence, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda and mix.

Then grease two round molds with removable bottoms with butter and flour them with wheat flour. Divide the dough between them and cook in a preheated oven at 180ÂșC for 35 minutes. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool, turn out, crumble the dough and set it aside.

Filling

In a mixer, place the cream cheese and butter and beat for 3 minutes. Add the vanilla essence and sugar and beat again until incorporated.

Assembly

Cover a deep baking tray with cling film and line it with the cake batter. Cover with the filling and repeat the operation until the entire shape is filled, ending with the dough. Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then carefully unmold the cake and finish with another layer of filling. Serve immediately.
