How does TasteAtlas site ranking work?
TasteAtlas is not a ranking drawn up by gastronomy experts, but by the site’s users, who assign scores from 0.5 to 5 for a wide variety of typical dishes from countries around the world. To compose the portal’s rankings, the platform collects the average of the scores received for each dish. Lists can compare different dishes with the same ingredients or preparation techniques, dishes from a particular cuisine with a better overall score, or even more comprehensive ratings.
In the case of the aforementioned ranking, the valid evaluations are those recorded in the year 2023.
