Ingredients:

  • 1 cup grated cooked or roast ham
  • 1/2 cup milk (tea).
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 2 cups (tea) breadcrumbs
  • 12 strips of ricotta
  • Fry oil

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the rice, onion, garlic, green chili pepper, ham, milk, egg, yeast, salt, pepper and wheat flour.
  2. Use your hands to form the gnocchi and then coat them in breadcrumbs.
