- 1 turkey breast with skin (1.5 kg)
Filling
- 400 g of sausage seasoned with garlic
- 200 g chopped mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 3/4 cup (tea) fresh cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Purple lettuce and cherry tomatoes to garnish
Preparation method:
- Wash and dry the turkey breast well.
- With a knife, make a deep cut lengthwise into the meat. Reserve.
- Remove the skin from the sausage.
- Place the skinless sausage in a bowl and mix the mushrooms.
