Filling

  • 400 g of sausage seasoned with garlic
  • 200 g chopped mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 3/4 cup (tea) fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Purple lettuce and cherry tomatoes to garnish

Preparation method:

  1. Wash and dry the turkey breast well.
  2. With a knife, make a deep cut lengthwise into the meat. Reserve.
  3. Remove the skin from the sausage.
  4. Place the skinless sausage in a bowl and mix the mushrooms.
  5. Add the parsley, cream, grated cheese and mix well.
  6. Then add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Stuff the turkey breast with the sausage mixture, close with toothpicks and tie with kitchen twine.
