Sadia has prepared five versatile recipes for December celebrations, including Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinner
December is the time when we gather around the table and celebrate the year with those we love most, filled with lots of love and typical dishes. And, following this tradition, Sadia has prepared five versatile recipes for the end-of-year dinner.
Sirloin with herbs and caramelized apples
Preparation time: 70 minutes
Performance: 6 servings
ingredients
Herbed sirloin:
- 1 pack Sadia pork loin, defrosted
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
Candy apples:
- 2 tablespoons of Qualy creamy without salt
- 4 apples cut into half moons
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation method
Herbed sirloin:
- In a medium baking dish, place the Loin Sadia and season with salt, black pepper, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme and paprika.
- Rub all this seasoning well on the surface of the loin with the white wine, minced garlic and creamy Qualy. Season with salt, black pepper and thyme.
- Place in preheated oven according to package instructions.
Candy apples:
- In a medium pan, place the creamy Qualy and place over medium heat to melt.
- Add apples, brown sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon.
- Cook for 8 minutes or until apples are caramelized and soft.
- Then serve the roast loin with caramelized apples.
Baked turkey with vegetables

Preparation time: 195 minutes
Performance: 8 servings
ingredients
Sadia Peru
- 1 pack of Sadia Turkey, defrosted
- 4 tablespoons of Qualy cream with salt
Grilled vegetables
- 4 cups split peas
- 2 cups mini carrots
- 2 cups mini peppers
- 2 heads of garlic
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Qualy cream with salt
Preparation method
Sadia Peru
- In a large baking dish, arrange the Perù Sadia and spread the creamy Qualy over the entire surface.
- Cover with aluminum foil and place in the preheated oven according to package instructions.
- Halfway through cooking, remove the aluminum foil and baste every 20 minutes with the liquid from the pan.
- If the liquid dries up, top up with more white wine.
Grilled vegetables
- In a medium baking dish, place the sweet peas, mini carrots, mini peppers and head of garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the creamy Qualy and mix well.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until the vegetables are lightly browned.
- Then serve the turkey with the roasted vegetables.
Roasted Ham in White Wine

Preparation time: 270 minutes
Performance: 8 servings
ingredients
- 1 pack of Sadia Pernil thawed
- 4 glasses of white wine
- 4 tablespoons of Qualy cream with salt
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- 2 Bahia oranges, sliced
- 2 Sicilian lemons, sliced
Preparation method
- Place the Pernil Sadia in a large baking dish and pour in the white wine and 3 tablespoons of creamy Qualy. Season with salt, black pepper and rosemary.
- Mix well and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Once marinated, cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in the preheated oven according to the package instructions.
- Halfway through cooking, remove the aluminum foil and baste every 15 minutes with the liquid from the pan.
- If the liquid dries up, top up with more white wine.
- As you finish, place 1 tablespoon in a medium skillet and place over medium heat to melt.
- Add the orange and rosemary slices and grill until lightly browned.
- Then serve the roasted ham with slices of orange and lemon.
Hail Supreme in paprika butter

Preparation time: 180 minutes
Performance: 6 servings
ingredients
- 100g unsalted Sadia butter at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon hot paprika
- ½ tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 kilo of potato meatballs
- Thyme to taste
- Blonde as desired
- 2 branches of cherry tomatoes
Preparation method
- In a medium bowl, add the butter, salt and paprika. Mix well.
- Place the Ave Supreme Sadia in a large baking dish and spread the paprika butter over the entire surface.
- Cook in the preheated oven, according to the instructions on the package.
- When there are 30 minutes left of cooking, add the meatballs, thyme, bay leaf and put back in the oven.
- Meanwhile, place a pan over medium heat, drizzle with olive oil and add the tomatoes.
- Leave to grill for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Then serve the Ave suprema with potato balls and raw tomatoes.
Orange tender with honey

Preparation time: 70 minutes
Performance: 6 servings
ingredients

- 1 pack of thawed Sadia Mini Tender
- Juice of 3 oranges
- ½ cup honey
- 20 units of cloves
- ½ mc of chopped mint
Grilled pineapple with raspberries
- 1 tablespoon Qualy cream with salt
- ½ sliced pineapple
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
Preparation method
Orange tender with honey
- In a medium baking dish, place the Mini Tender Sadia and cover it with the orange juice and honey.
- Mix well, covering the entire piece with the marinade.
- With the tip of a knife, scrape the surface of the tender, forming diamonds. Insert the segments into the joints.
- Cover the tender with aluminum foil and place in the preheated oven according to package instructions.
- Once browned, remove the liquid from the pan, place it in a container and add the chopped mint. Reserve.
- Slice the tender and set it aside.
Grilled pineapple with raspberries
- In a medium skillet, add the creamed Qualy with salt and place over medium heat.
- When melted, add the pineapple slices and grill for 1 minute on each side or long enough to brown.
- Then serve the tender with the sauce, grilled pineapples and raspberries.
