- 3 crustless French loaves, chopped
- 340 g of condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk tea
- 1 cup raisin tea
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
Preparation method
Add the sugar to a saucepan and heat over low heat until it dissolves, stirring constantly. Pour the syrup into a pudding mold and set aside. Place the bread, condensed milk, eggs and milk in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Then pour the mixture onto the mold with the syrup and add the raisins and nuts. Cover with aluminum foil and, in a bain-marie, place in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool and carefully remove it from the mold. Refrigerate before serving.

- 350 g of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 350 ml of milk
- 250g seedless black raisins
Preparation method

- 500 g of ricotta
- 340 g of condensed milk
- 2 cups of milk tea
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of cornstarch

- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 tablespoon wheat flour
- 100 g of raisins
- Butter for greasing
- Wheat flour for dusting
- Sliced ââalmonds to taste
Preparation method
Place the ricotta, condensed milk, milk, egg yolks, corn starch, wheat flour and vanilla essence in a blender and blend until smooth. Reserve. Place the egg whites in a mixer and whip until stiff.
