Ingredients:

  • 2 liters of water
  • 4 desalted cod fillets
  • 2 potatoes, cut into thick slices
  • 3 cups ninja broccoli florets
  • 1 cup (tea) olive oil
  • Salt, fried garlic and olive oil to taste
  • 1/2 cup large black olives

Preparation method:

  1. In a pan, heat the water over high heat and, when it boils, add the cod
  2. Cook for 5 minutes and drain with a slotted spoon
  3. Add the potatoes and broccoli to the same water and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Drain and reserve
  5. Meanwhile, grease a medium baking dish with olive oil
  6. Make a layer with the potatoes, arrange the cod and, between the pieces, arrange the broccoli and the remaining potatoes
  7. Season with salt, drizzle with olive oil, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes.
  8. Remove the paper and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes
