Angélica Almeida, columnist for Sport Life, helps you achieve your fitness goals in a healthy and gradual way
Speak my loves!!! Angelica Almeida in the area, last week of the year and last topic of the year. Having fulfilled this feeling of duty, the blog aims to simplify weight loss, provide information on exercise and healthy eating.
And when it comes to the end of the year, no one is willing to change their habits, they just want the year to end.
And on the 1st we are full of promise, new plans and motivated with new opportunities for the new year.
But I want to propose the following to you: don’t make promises. Make a deal, a deal with yourself, with your health and well-being. This is independent of the day, time and year.
Next year I will start again, I will only start the diet again on Monday, I will only do physical activity if I have a personal trainer.
Our body is an intelligent machine that works perfectly. It shows signs when we are not well. And we know what we need to do to change, deep down we know.
How to keep your New Year’s resolutions
But before you finalize your deal, I’ll give you some tips to make it real and achievable.
1st I want to lose weight 30kg, before you lose 30, you have to lose 1kg. The macro plan is the whole and the micro is small scale. Week after week, month after month.
Second start date of your move, record that day, but there is no end date, now the change will be permanent, this does not mean that you will not make mistakes. Giving up will not be an option.
3rd self-knowledge, personal investment, if you don’t treat and cure your pain everything will repeat itself. We all have problems, what differs is how we deal with the situation, control your thoughts and increase your energy.
Determines an anchor word, serves to create or edit events, they are activated only in certain cases by you.
When you constantly change your thinking pattern, your brain creates the habit of thinking positively.
What will your phrase or word be?
- I CAN
- I CAN
- WON
You can use all the suggestions, build new habits, make agreements, take action with professional support, building your own process of permanent habit change.
