For Dr. Paula, some foods are also incredible allies for avoiding hangovers. We should therefore eat carbohydrates (fruit, cereals, cereals and pasta, preferably wholemeal) and have a hearty breakfast (fruit, milk, wholemeal cereals, yogurt, cheese or eggs) the next morning. The endocrinologist also explains that it is best to avoid skipping meals or going for hours without eating.

Finally, the expert explains that if you haven’t managed to avoid a hangover, there are still ways to make it a little less unpleasant and get rid of it a little faster. “The essential thing is hydration, carbohydrates and lots of rest,” he explains.
