An ice cream shop in Minas Gerais has decided to innovate and is creating something to talk about! Through the use of artificial intelligence, he created a Brazilian flavor called SNEV3IA.
The ice cream is Brazilian cocoa with caramelized cashews, rapadura and finished with pepper jelly.
The new product is now available at Sol & Neve in Juiz de Fora. Through a marketing campaign, the company, which also has branches throughout Rio de Janeiro, announced the news on a large screen in Times Square, New York.

The first ice cream co-created by AI is limited edition and combines technology, creativity, innovation and people.
After suggesting the ingredients, the ice cream parlor’s experts developed the recipe for the new flavour, defining the proportions and carrying out various tests until the current result was achieved.
“With the introduction of this tool, we had, above all, to harmonize the ingredients. The machine alone thinks that everything works, but, in practice, we realize that we have to harmonize everything, take consistencies and finalize the flavors,” he said the master ice cream maker, Josete Amadeu in g1.
The taste combined with the marketing actions worked and the ice cream is already one of the best sellers on site.
âTo arrive at a recipe with the suggested ingredients and to finish it, the ‘human’ must act by inserting the right entries, the key words and also at the end there must be a conclusion,â added Josete.
