4 cheese potato bread recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablets of organic fresh yeast (30g)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/3 cup warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cup boiled and squeezed potatoes
  • 2 cups wheat flour (approximately)
  • Greasing oil

Filling

  • 100 g of grated mozzarella
  • 100 g of grated provolone
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan

Preparation method:

  1. Mix the filling ingredients, form balls, place them in a mold and set aside in the refrigerator.
  2. Dissolve the yeast in the sugar and add it to the salt, milk and butter.
  3. Add 2 egg yolks, the potato and mix.
  4. Add the flour, little at a time, kneading until it is smooth and no longer sticks to your hands. If necessary, add more flour.
  5. Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out portions of dough, divide the balls of cold filling between them and close to form sandwiches.
  7. Place on a greased baking tray, side by side, leaving space between them, cover and leave to rest for another 30 minutes.
  8. Brush with the remaining egg yolk and bake in a preheated medium oven for 35 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
