In addition to being quite appetizing, thanks to its mix of ingredients and seasonings such as ham, peas, corn and eggs, this incredible pasta is ready in just 40 minutes!

Ingredients for baked Portuguese pasta
- 1/2 cup (tea) olive oil
 - 1 onion sliced
 - 1 chopped tomato
 - 1 cup diced ham
 - 1 cup frozen peas
 - 1/2 cup drained canned corn
 - 1/2 cup sliced green olives
 - 1/2 cup chopped hearts of palm
 - 2 cups (tea) tomato sauce
 - Salt, black pepper and oregano to taste
 - 1 pack of screw pasta cooked al dente (500g)
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella
 - 3 sliced hard boiled eggs
 - 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
 
Preparation method
In a pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté the onion until softened. Add the tomato, ham, peas, corn, olives, hearts of palm and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add the sauce and bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and leave to cool.
In a bowl, mix the cooked pasta, sauce and shredded mozzarella.
Place in a medium baking dish, place the egg slices on top and sprinkle with the grated mozzarella.
Place in a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for 15 minutes. Serve.
