With this in mind, the experts at Differentorganic food signature foodtech, brought the perfect recipe for lemonade to avoid making mistakes on hot days.

Perfect lemonade recipe

Yield: approximately 1 liter | Preparation time: 5 minutes

ingredients

  • 4 lemons;
  • 1 liter of water;
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 10 ice cubes;
  • Fresh mint (optional).

Preparation method

Clean the lemons and cut them into four parts. Then remove the seeds and the white part of the stone. Place it in the blender together with the other ingredients of the recipe and blend everything for about 2 minutes. Strain the liquid into a pitcher and return the lemonade to the blender for another minute. If you want to make the drink even more thirst-quenching, add some fresh mint.

Tip: Try replacing half the water with coconut water or, to make an adult version, swap 300ml of water for a cachaça of your choice.
