Easy hazelnut brownie recipe to sweeten your routine

Hazelnut brownie

Time: 45 minutes

Performance: 12 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Margarine for greasing
  • Toasted hazelnuts to decorate

  • 1 cup and 1/2 cup chopped milk chocolate
  • 7 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour

Preparation method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar
  2. Add the rest of the dough ingredients and mix until you obtain a smooth dough.
  3. Place the dough in a 20cm x 33cm baking tray greased with margarine and then bake in a low, preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, mix it with the butter and set aside
  5. In the meantime, beat the eggs with the sugar in a planetary mixer until the mixture is thick and light, add the flour, chocolate and butter and mix
  6. Spread the topping over the dough and return to the oven at low temperature for 5 minutes.
  7. Decorate with toasted hazelnuts and serve immediately.
