Three months after reopening in Pinheiros, as a mix of restaurant and bar, open all day, Casa Tavares debuts with a new look this holiday: a warehouse with items from its own production and from other carefully selected producers.
The options follow the restaurant’s line, which favors ingredients of plant origin, in vegetarian or vegan options, as well as fish and seafood. To take home you will find products such as the hummus of the day (R$ 25), almond broth (R$ 37), pistachio pesto (R$ 43) and naturally fermented organic bread (matches start at 9am :00 and 5 p.m.), as well as dishes such as lasagna with red lentils, pesto and parmesan (R $ 49), adzuki bean meatball with vegan cream cheese and roasted tomatoes (R $ 29 per unit) and beluga lentil kibbeh (R$39).
There are also options for snacking right there, like cheese bread (R$8) and palm and peach and cod cakes (R$13 and R$15 respectively).
To celebrate these innovations, restaurateur Ivo Abrahao has combined hunger with the desire to eat: during this holiday (25th), from 4pm to 7pm, he offers snacks, drinks and discount vouchers for anyone who stops at the new warehouse. And the music is up to the guests, who will be able to choose the LPs to play on the turntable. Due to the event, the brunch service (for a fee) will be active with extended hours, from 9:00 to 17:00.
