Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 slice of chopped pepperoni sausage
  • 1 cup chopped bacon
  • 500 g of pork ribs cut into pieces
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 cube of vegetable broth
  • 2 cups hominy (tea)
  • 10 cups (tea) of warm water
  • Salt to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Heat a pressure cooker with butter and fry the peppers, bacon, chops, garlic and onion until golden brown.
  2. Add the vegetable broth and hominy and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the water, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes after coming to pressure. Turn off and let the pressure release.
  4. Open the pan, add salt, put back on the heat and cook for another 10 minutes or until all the ingredients are cooked and softened, add more water if necessary.
  5. Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
