Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 600 g of rump or fillet mignon cut into strips
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1/2 cup sliced pickled mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 can of cream
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
Preparation method:
- Heat a large pan with oil and fry the meat until golden brown.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes
