Method of preparation

- 100 g of grated coconut

Method of preparation
In a pan, bring the filling ingredients over medium heat, stirring until they come off the bottom of the pan. Let it cool down. In a bowl, mix the milk and chocolate powder. Stir the condensed milk, a little at a time, until it forms a homogeneous mass that comes off your hands. Roll out the dough between two sheets of cling film with a rolling pin, forming a rectangle. - 2 kg of pumpkin peeled and seeded, grated
- 1 kg of sugar
- 1/2 cup (tea) of water
- 1 fresh grated coconut

Method of preparation
In a skillet, mix the pumpkin, sugar, water, coconut and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes or until the candies begin to come loose from the bottom of the pan. - 2 cups of freshly grated coconut

Method of preparation
In a bowl, mix the coconut, sugar, butter, flour and egg whites until they form a very wet crumb. Pierce the bottom and side of a 22cm diameter removable rim pan with the dough and place in a preheated medium oven for 8 minutes or until firm. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. For the filling, whisk the coconut milk, condensed milk, coconut and gelatin prepared according to package directions in a blender until smooth. Add the whipped cream and mix gently with a spoon. Pour over the batter and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Remove from the mold, decorate with the ribbon coconut and serve immediately.
