Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 6 chicken breast fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of brandy
  • 1 pack of cream (200 g)
  • Chopped parsley for sprinkling

Preparation method:

  1. Mix the olive oil and chicken broth to form a paste.
  2. Spread this mixture over the chicken fillets.
  3. Heat a pan with half the butter over a high heat and then fry the fillets until golden brown.
  4. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
  5. Meanwhile, return the pan to low heat, add the remaining butter and onion and fry until golden brown.
  6. Add the brandy and let it evaporate.
  7. Add the cream, mix and turn off the heat.
  8. Grease the chicken fillets, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
