The penis can tilt to one side or the other, up or down. This has to do with its constitution.
Eventually, the tissues inside it may have undergone some type of scarring, fibrosis, which is why it became a little more crooked on one side or the other.
If all this inclination doesn’t bother you, doesn’t harm your sex life, doesn’t cause you pain or discomfort, okay.
Now, if it is too tilted and is very bothersome, then it is always a good idea to see a urologist.
But, from what you tell us, it’s a relatively calm and normal inclination. It falls a little to the left, but it can happen. It is a variation that can be absolutely normal.
