Spring roll with cabbage and carrots

ingredients

Pasta

  • 5 cups wheat flour
  • 2 teacups of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Wheat flour for dusting
  • Sunflower oil for frying

Filling

  • 500 g of cabbage chopped
  • 300 g of peeled and grated carrots
  • Salt, pepper sauce and soy sauce to taste

Preparation method

Pasta

Place all the ingredients in a container and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture. Cover with a cloth and leave to rest overnight. Then sprinkle a smooth surface with wheat flour, roll out some dough and, with the help of a rolling pin, roll it out well. Repeat the operation with all the dough and set aside.

Filling

Place all the ingredients in a container and mix well. Then spread the filling over the dough, fold the ends and sides of each one inwards and roll up. Reserve. In a pan, add the sunflower oil and place over medium heat to heat. Using a slotted spoon, gradually add the rolls and fry until golden brown. Serve immediately.

  • 4 rice leaves
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 125g seedless cherries
  • 125 g of strawberry chopped
  • Pulp of 1 chopped mango

Preparation method

In a container, add the water and, little by little, add the rice leaves to hydrate them for 1 minute. Then transfer the leaves to a smooth surface and fill them with fruits. Fold the ends and sides of the leaves inward and roll up. Serve immediately.

  • 1 zuchinis
  • 4 lettuce leaves, washed and cut into strips
  • 1 carrot peeled and grated
  • 1 beetroot, peeled and grated
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and olive oil to taste

Preparation method

Place the lettuce leaves, carrot and red beetroot in a container and season with salt, oil and vinegar. Reserve. Using a knife, thinly slice the courgettes. Transfer to a container, season with salt, oil and vinegar. Then, with the help of a spoon, take some of the vegetable mixture set aside and place it on one of the courgette slices. Sprinkle with flax seeds, roll up and cut in half. Repeat the process with all the courgettes and serve immediately.

  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
  • 1 Mango peeled and cut into strips
  • Pulp of 1 avocado cut into strips

  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • White wine vinegar and sugar to taste

Preparation method

Place the white wine vinegar, sugar and corn starch diluted in water in a pan and mix well. Cook over medium heat until you obtain a creamy consistency. In a container, add the water and, little by little, add the rice leaves. Hydrate the leaves for 1 minute and transfer them to a smooth surface. Stuff with courgettes, peppers, mango and avocado.   • 5 cups wheat flour
  • 2 teacups of water

  • Wheat flour for dusting

  • 8 dwarf bananas
  • Sugar and cinnamon to taste

Preparation method

Place all the ingredients, except the bananas, sugar and cinnamon, in a container and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture. Cover with a cloth and leave to rest overnight. Then sprinkle a smooth surface with wheat flour, place a little dough on it and, with the help of a rolling pin, roll it out well. Repeat the operation with all the dough and set aside.

Peel the bananas, place them in a bowl and, using a fork, mash them well. Add the sugar and cinnamon and stir to combine. Then spread the filling over the dough, fold the ends and sides of each one inwards and roll it up. Reserve. In a pan, add the sunflower oil and place over medium heat to heat. Using a slotted spoon, gradually fry the rolls until golden brown. Serve immediately.
