It’s time for you to enjoy life more and take some time to see the stars in the sky. We are talking about the beautiful star anise. The application of this fruit helps us to open the crown chakra and strengthen it. Furthermore, it is also able to enhance intuition and mediumship, providing balance and attracting the energy of prosperity and all that is positive.

The star anise bath instills the courage to listen to our most intimate emotions. Our intuition grows and aligns, bringing awareness and light even into everyday decisions, after all every day we have to decide something, right?
Mediumship also improves a lot, since it will be more balanced, will have more magnetism and a more certain vision. Calm aggression, violence, align our “punk” side. Remove discouragement, intolerance and unnecessary stress. Star anise expands our lives, bringing new possibilities onto our path.
Star anise bath
Boil 1.5 liters of water, add the star anise 7 and boil for 5 minutes. Add a handful of dried basil and boil for 3 minutes. If it’s fresh, add a chicken and boil for 2 minutes. Turn off and simmer for 20-30 minutes and filter.
Take your hygienic bath and pour the star anise energy bath upside down. Don’t get in the shower again, simply dry yourself with a towel, patting your body dry. Remember that it’s a ritual, so don’t waste your concentration on cell phones, television, or someone calling your name.

Immediately after the star anise bath, light a white candle and say the prayer:

Today I thank you for all the kindness I receive every day
I’m grateful to be alive
Thanks for breathing
I apologize for my mistakes
I ask you to help me with the tools I need to thrive and grow

But above all it helps me to be constant and determined.
