Grilled Tilapia with Pesto: a healthy and practical meal

Grilled tilapia with pesto sauce

Time: 45 minutes

Performance: 4 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Sauce

  • 3/4 cup (tea) olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 4 tablespoons chopped Brazil nuts
  • Salt to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. In a pan, over medium heat, melt the butter and brown the fillets for 4 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove and then set aside.
  4. Meanwhile, for the sauce, blend the olive oil, basil, garlic, parmesan and chestnuts in a blender.
  5. Season with salt.
  6. Transfer to a serving platter, pour over the sauce and serve immediately.
