- 1 cup arborio rice tea

- 200 g of bacon cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Preparation method
In a skillet, add 2 tablespoons butter and place over medium heat to heat. Then add the bacon and fry until golden brown. Remove the bacon from the pan and place it on a container lined with absorbent paper. Reserve. In the same pan, sauté the onion until translucent. Add the rice and fry for 5 minutes. Add the white wine and mix until it evaporates completely.
Gradually add the vegetable broth, stirring constantly, until the rice is well cooked. After the rice is cooked, put the pumpkin and stir to combine. Then, turn off the heat, add the bacon, parmesan and the rest of the butter. Mix and season with salt. Serve immediately.

- 150 ml of cold milk
- 300 ml of oil
Preparation method
In a pan, place the bacon and place over medium heat. Fry until golden brown. Next, transfer the bacon into a blender, add the milk and blend until you obtain a smooth mixture. Gradually add the oil and continue beating until the mayonnaise stay consistent. Then transfer to a container and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve immediately.
Potato pie with bacon

- 500 g of boiled and mashed potatoes
- 200 g of bacon cut into cubes
- 1 onion chopped
- 200ml of cream
- 3 beaten eggs
- 100 g of grated mozzarella

Preparation method
In a pan, place the butter and place it over medium heat to melt. Then, sauté the onion until it becomes translucent. Add the bacon and fry until golden brown. Reserve. - 250ml chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil over medium heat. At the moment, add salt and pasta. Cook until al dente. Then drain the water and set the pasta aside. - 100 g of Parmesan cheese grated

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking tray and place them in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes or until they start to brown.
