Cashew Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 4 cashews
- 1/2 cup (tea) oil
- 2 cups sugar (tea)
- 1 cup (tea) water
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
- Cashew slices to decorate
Syrup
- 1/2 can of condensed milk
- 1/2 can whey-free cream
- 1/2 cup milk (tea).
Preparation method:
- Beat the first 5 ingredients in a blender, place them in a bowl, add the flour, yeast and mix well.
- Place in a greased and floured 26cm diameter cake tin and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and pour over the mixed syrup ingredients.
- Decorate with cashew slices and serve.
