DOCINHO LOW CARB Ingredients:

– 1/4 cup(s) peanut butter

– 1 tablespoon(s) of xylitol (or other product of your choice)

– 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

– 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds THE

– 1 and 3/4 tablespoons of sesame

– 3 tablespoons of cashew flour

– 3 tablespoons cashew flour (or peanut flour)

– 1/4 cup(s) unsweetened shredded coconut, for rolling

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
  2. The yield is approximately 10 candies for every 2 servings.

PREPARATION:

Low carb desserts:

1. In a non-metallic bowl, mix the peanut butter, xylitol (or other sweetener), and butter.

2. Place this bowl in the microwave on high power for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from microwave (time may vary depending on microwave power).

3. Mix until you get a smooth paste.

4. Add the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and cashew or peanut flour.

5. Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.

6. Leave it in the freezer for 30 minutes.

7. After this time, remove from the freezer, roll up, using a dessert spoon as a measure.

8. Dip in grated coconut.

1. When serving, divide the low carb desserts on the plates.
