Project by architect Enrico Barone and interior designer Lucia Blum, of Almada Arquitetura.
The integrated gourmet area of this summer residence 600 m2in Itu, in the interior of San Paolo, renovated by the architect Enrico Barone and the interior designer Lucia Blum, by the studio Almada architectureit is one of the great strengths of interior design that has made spaces even more special and ready to welcome you in maximum comfort.
The refuge was designed to offer the family, made up of a couple and a child, the opportunity to enjoy pleasant moments of leisure during weekends, holidays and holiday periods.

Performed by SCA Jardim Europethe custom-made furniture (wardrobes, panels, etc.) made up all the spaces and made the house very functional.
The fluidity between the rooms was achieved through elegant and functional furnishings, which connect the living room, the dining room and the gourmet area, without forgetting the important sliding glass doors, which lead to the relaxation area and the swimming pool.
At the same time, the transparency lets in plenty of natural light – one of the clients’ main wishes – but also offers the possibility of separation, so that residents can adapt to their needs.

Initially the residence had little light, smaller spaces and no bathrooms in all the rooms. Therefore, the redesign was comprehensive, including the conversion of all bedrooms into suites.

Among the highlights is the dining room, designed to play the central role in the residence when the outdoor space is not used. It features generous space, accompanied by a large table and chairs, offering a welcoming environment for long conversations between the whole family and friends.
Furthermore, the furniture has been designed to accommodate the cellar, glasses and buffet which incorporates a support areaallowing preparation while welcoming guests, as well as acting as a storage space for crockery.

In this context, kitchens with bright shades always enjoy great popularity. This one in particular adopts a classic style, characterized by details in the carpentry that resemble “cushions”, handles modeled in the shape of a shell and an extremely vibrant color, which give it uniqueness and prominence.
