Kale, lemon and cucumber juice
ingredients
- 1 kale leaf, chopped
- 1/2 cup tea juice of lemon
- 1/3 unpeeled cucumber, cut into slices
- 1 apple, peeled and seeded, chopped
- 150ml coconut water
Preparation method
Place the kale, cucumber, apple and coconut water in a blender until smooth. Add the lemon juice and beat for another 2 minutes. Then, with the help of a strainer, filter the juice and serve immediately.
Watermelon and strawberry juice
ingredients
- 1 slice of watermelon
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 150 ml of ice water
Preparation method
In a blender, place the strawberries, watermelon and ice water until you obtain a smooth drink. Add the cinnamon and beat again to incorporate. Then filter the juice through a strainer and serve.
Orange juice with mango
ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of flax seed
- 2 slices of ginger
- Juice of 5 oranges
- 1 mango peeled and cut into cubes
- Ice cubes to taste
Preparation method
