Picanha Stroganoff

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (tea) olive oil
  • 1kg diced picanha
  • 2 picanha broth cubes
  • 1 cup milk (tea)
  • 3 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons of mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 can of cream

Preparation method:

  1. In a pressure cooker, add the olive oil and picanha and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Add picanha stock cubes, milk, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, cover the pan and leave to cook for 20 minutes, once the pressure has started.
  4. Remove the pressure, open the pan, add the cream, mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from the heat and serve.
