Picanha Stroganoff

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (tea) olive oil
- 1kg diced picanha
- 2 picanha broth cubes
- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 3 tablespoons of ketchup
- 3 tablespoons of mustard
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 can of cream
Preparation method:
- In a pressure cooker, add the olive oil and picanha and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Add picanha stock cubes, milk, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper, cover the pan and leave to cook for 20 minutes, once the pressure has started.
- Remove the pressure, open the pan, add the cream, mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and serve.
