In a pan, add the olive oil and butter and place over medium heat to heat. At the moment, add the asparagus and let fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. In another pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and brown the scallops on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the asparagus with the scallops.
Seafood ceviche
ingredients
- 200 g of seven bearded shrimp peeled and clean
- 200 g of squid, cleaned and cut into slices
- 200 g of octopus cleaned and cut into slices
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 grated onion
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt, chopped coriander and ground white pepper to taste

crab rice

- 500 g of crab meat

- 1/2 green pepper, chopped and seeded
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce

Preparation method
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion, garlic and peppers. Then add the crab meat, mix and fry for 5 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, mix and cook for 3 minutes. Add the rice, mix and cover with water. Season with salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Cook until the water dries up and the rice is soft. Serve immediately with the green perfume.

Green salad with shrimp
ingredients
- 1/2 bunch of rocket leaves
- 2 cups spinach leaf tea
- 250 g of peeled and cleaned prawns
- 1/2 cup roasted, unsalted cashews
- 100 g of natural yogurt
- 1 mango cut into cubes
- 1/2 avocado cut into cubes
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation method
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then remove the lid from the pan and let the prawns fry until they have reached a slightly golden colour. In a salad bowl, mix the arugula and spinach leaves with the shrimp, mango, avocado and cashews. In a container, mix the yogurt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Serve the dressing on salad.
Siri au gratin
ingredients
- 500 g of crabmeat
- 1 lemon juice
- 200 g of breadcrumbs
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup of tomato pulp
- 50ml of vodka
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 bunch of chopped parsley
- 2 cups grated parmesan
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation method
In a container, season the crab meat with the garlic and lemon juice. Reserve. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and brown the onion. Add the crab meat and vodka. Stir and cook until the alcohol has evaporated. Add the parsley, cream, tomato sauce and mix. Add the breadcrumbs little by little and mix until it thickens. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, cover with parmesan and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden. Serve immediately.
