  • 340 g of condensed milk
  • 200 g of milk cream
  • 200 ml of whole milk
  • 10 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 10 g unflavoured gelatine
  • Ice water to dissolve the gelatin

Preparation method

Place the gelatin and water in a container and stir until it has dissolved. Transfer to the blender, add the condensed milk, cream, milk and chocolate powder and blend until smooth. Then distribute the flan into molds and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Unmold and serve.

Tip: serve decorated with chocolate flakes.

Baked tamale

ingredients

  • 200 g of green corn
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup grated coconut tea
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teacups of water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Butter for greasing
  • Corn flour for dusting

Preparation method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth mixture. Reserve. Grease a baking tray with butter and sprinkle it with cornstarch, pour the mixture over it and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool, turn out and serve.

Coconut Pudding

ingredients

  • 500 ml of whole milk
  • 340 g of condensed milk
  • 200 ml of milk coconut
  • 200 g of cream
  • 20g unflavoured gelatine
  • 100g grated coconut
  • Oil for anointing
  • Ice water to dissolve the gelatin
  • Condensed milk for decoration

Preparation method

Place the milk, condensed milk, coconut milk and cream in a blender and blend until smooth. Reserve. Place the gelatin and water in a container and mix until they are well dissolved. Transfer to blender and blend to combine with other ingredients.

Then add half the shredded coconut and beat for another minute. Reserve. Grease a baking tray with oil and pour the mixture onto it. Store in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Remove from the fridge and carefully turn out the pudding. Finish by decorating with the condensed milk and the rest of the grated coconut. Serve immediately.

  • 2 cups of tea milk powder
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 350 g of condensed milk
  • 250 g of cream
  • 10 g unflavoured gelatine
  • 3 egg whites, beaten
  • Water to dissolve the gelatin

Preparation method

Place the gelatin and water in a container and mix until completely dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine. Next, distribute the contents into bowls and refrigerate until solid. Serve immediately.

Dulce de leche with wafer candy

ingredients

  • 20 pieces of crushed wafer candy
  • 450 g of milk cream
  • 100 g of cream

Preparation method

Place the dulce de leche and cream in a container and mix until you obtain a smooth consistency. Add the biscuits, mix gently and place in the fridge to harden. Serve immediately.
