The first trailer for the film “Major Thunder: The Game” starring Tikhon Zhiznevsky, Lyubov Aksenova and Evgeny Chebatkov has been released

Tikhon Zhiznevsky, Alexander Seteykin, Alexey Maklakov, Lyubov Aksyonova, Sergey Goroshko and Konstantin Khabensky will reprise their roles. They will be joined by Matvey Lykov as August van der Holt, heir to the arms empire, Olga Sutulova as Police Lieutenant General Maria Arkhipova, Andrei Trushin as Otto Schreiber, Holt’s personal bodyguard, and comedians Evgeniy Chebatkov and Andrei Atlas.

For Chebatkov, this role became his first film. In addition, he took part in the work on the script of the project – together with Artyom Gabrelyanov, Nikolai Shishkin and Ekaterina Krasner, Evgeniy worked on the dialogues of the film “Major Thunder: The Game”. The comedian admitted that the experience was so successful that he now dreams of continuing to act in films.

Recall that the franchise is based on the most popular and successful comic book in Russia, which became a national bestseller, exceeding the mark of 100 issues and 25 books with a total circulation of more than 1,000,000 copies. The premiere of the first film about a courageous police officer, “Major Thunder: Plague Doctor”, took place in April 2021.
