Colorful Baked Rice

Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 can drained green corn
- 1/2 can drained peas
- 2 eggs, boiled and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 chopped tomato
- Salt and chopped green chilli to taste
- Greasing oil
- 1 cup (tea) tomato sauce
- Grated mozzarella for sprinkling
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the rice, ham, cheese, corn, peas, eggs, olives, cream cheese, tomato, salt and green chiles.
- Transfer to a greased medium baking dish and pour over the tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a high, preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove and serve.
TIP: Changing the appearance of everyday rice and providing extra flavor is not difficult. To prepare basic white rice, just add a jar of selected vegetables, finely chopped broccoli or grated carrot. Another way to season it is to fry a slice of chopped sausage with the garlic and onion, before adding the rice to the pan. To season the rice you can add a little tomato sauce or paprika to the preparation.
