In an interview with GB News, the expert said following a routine is essential for anyone who wants to lose weight. “Starting your day at 6 a.m. and ending activities at 10 p.m. synchronizes with the body’s natural rhythms. This helps promote an environment conducive to fat burning,” he said.

“The ideal is to have breakfast an hour after waking up, around 7, to reactivate the metabolism,” explained Naheed, who added: “Incorporating this approach during meals, especially lunch and dinner, can improve the ability of the body to burn abdominal fat.”

According to Ali, this “program” increases insulin sensitivity and helps control hunger hormones throughout the day. Furthermore, according to the nutritionist, dinner should be eaten around 7pm.
