Ingredients:

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • ¾ cup rice flour
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 sausages
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • A little bit of salt
  • Sesame oil to taste

Preparation method:

  1. In a deep container, mix all the dry ingredients for the dough.
  2. Add the hot water little by little until you obtain a smooth mixture.
  3. Once the temperature is comfortable, knead the dough with your hands until it is smooth.
  4. Divide and shape the dough into 6 equal rolls.
  5. In each roll cut pieces up to 8 centimeters long.
  6. Meanwhile, bring water to a boil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  7. Using a slotted spoon, cook the gnocchi in hot water, taking care that they do not stick.
  8. As soon as the gnocchi float, remove them. Tip: It should cook for an average of 9 minutes. Also, when removing the dumplings, do not stack them.
  9. For the sauce, place the gochujang, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, soy sauce, sugar, water, salt and a drizzle of sesame oil in a pan.
  10. Once hot, add the sausages and chopped eggs and boil for 5 minutes.
